Need suggestions for Nassau, San Juan, Grand Turk, St. Thomas

I need suggestions please - for wheelchair accessible activities in Nassau, San Juan, Grand Turk, and St. Thomas. My brother who is wheelchair dependent will be cruising with us next month - we've been to all those ports but unfortunately did not pay much attention. Thanks!

Old San Juan is a little difficult with a wheelchair. It is very hilly and alot of the streets are cobblestone. There is a free trolly that takes you to the forts. One of them has a wheelchair lift on the back. But be warned, there are NO tie-downs. If he can transfer at all, there are many taxi's that are full size cargo vans that will take you on an island tour. Hope this helps.

In Nassau we love going over to Atlantis. Although only 10 minutes away, you need accessible transport there as all taxiis are vans with seats all the way to back with no room for w/c or scooter even if you can transfer. At Atlantis, highly recommend The Dig....an Atlantis Aquarium. You purchase a bracelet at front desk of hotel, approximately $40 . This entitles you to roam in Atlantis, except for pool grounds. Thus allowing DIG and tour of grounds accessible and only done with bracelet pass. Accessible via elevator to DIG. Casino (2 areas) and shopping. Below via ramp past outside stairs is The Marina. Area which is shops and eateries to explore. A few hours of fun and make arrangements for pick up with Gerard. Price is per van, not person.
