Carnival Cruise out of Port of Tampa- Rental Car Drop Off

I am planning on going on a last minute cruise in two weeks and realized the person that will be taking me to port will actually be coming back from their cruise. So, I am planning on renting a car and dropping it off before the cruise. Does anyone know if their are any rental places in Tampa that will drop you off at the port? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I currently have a car booked with Avis from Orlando -> Tampa. The drop-off is the Embassy Suites (which is also the place that Budget drops off). There is a free shuttle (5 minutes) to the port from here. I did this a few years ago when I booked out of Tampa. Very easy and efficient.

I have seen the shuttles from Dollar/Thrifty (what I use), Hertz, Avis, National, Budget, Enterprise...all the big name companies do it.
