MSC Fantasia drinks package

We are due to go on a 3 night cruise beginning of November but MSC have said we can't purchase all inclusive drinks package.We can have the restaurant package but this only covers drinks at meal times. Does anyone know if we would be able to buy package once on board or if we bought the restaurant one could we upgrade that one to all inclusive.Any advise would be appreciated.:cool:
