katetim Posted May 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2015 I read here http://www.ekathimerini.com/4dcgi/_w_articles_wsite1_1_16/04/2015_549144 that e-tickets to the Acropolis will be available in June, 2015, but I cannot find any information on how to purchase them. Does anyone have additional information?
take us away Posted June 4, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 4, 2015 Looks like the system is not ready quite yet as there are several sites being added to the system but the Acropolis should be 1st from what I have read. The government is also thinking about increasing fees. Hopefully this will be resolved soon before Greece goes on holiday.....
Lawhouse Posted June 13, 2015 #3 Share Posted June 13, 2015 You don't need to buy tickets in advance, most of the Acropolis Hill is open and free to wander around. Tickets for the Parthenon are available at the many boot he's on the hill, no queues. Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app
