Carnival elation Host?

Hey guys, just joined the critic board. Thank you all in advance for any help you may have. I am going on the Carnival Elation on December 26th. I am curious if anyone has any contact info for the casino host? My last couple of cruises I have played pretty heavily. I received the "free cruise" certificate at the end, the free drinks card while onboard, and the "premier" mailers almost daily. The cruise I'm taking is not a premier and I want to ensure I'll still get those benefits as well as maybe a room upgrade. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate! I've sent multiple emails to casino@carnival to no avail!

Did you send the email to casino@carnival.com? I just sent email yesterday and got my reply today. I just included my name, DOB, VIFP number and my booking number for my last cruise and my next cruise. They were able to confirm my comps and were very timely.
