Port Canaveral parking -- park first or unload luggage?

First time cruisers. I have booked parking at the port terminal but am unclear on the sequencing. Should I unload luggage and then park? Or is it best to park first. It makes sense, to me, to unload first. As I type this it reads like a dumb question but I don't know the protocols. Help appreciated.

If it makes any difference it's on the RCCL FOS, 5/18/2014

you can do it either way at the terminals I've used. I usually unload then park if it is a 7 day trip cuz of more bags. But for a 3 or 4 day, it is easy to carry .... and I've never had to park very far out anyway. Well, did once for Disney, but they had porters out in the parking lot taking luggage out there to easy the pain.

Now that we have returned I can tell you that when we arrived at the port we unloaded then parked. When we returned from the cruise we had a porter take all our luggage to the car in the parking garage 2nd floor. No way we could have done it ourselves. Tipped him $20. It was worth every penny. Thanks for the responses.
