MadamG2U Posted August 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2016 Hello everyone. I've been reading thru the boards but I am still a little confused. I recently cruised on the Jewel of the Seas in July. Had the time of my life. First time on RCL. I spent a fair amount of time in the casino. Didn't win but didn't loose bad. On the last morning I was given a Cruise Certificate. I've since booked 10/30 and looking forward to this cruise. My question is am I now a Club Royal member or did I just luck out. When I look at my billing info there is a Casino Slots Credit but nothing under Club Royal. How does the system work? Thanks for answering MadamG2U
Life is Good Cruising Posted August 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 26, 2016 Been a members for years and none of my bookings have anything listed under YHO7-CLUB ROYALE on my invoice, nothing to be concern with. My comp certificates are also listed under YHP5-CASINO SLOTS on the invoice. With CR new program, everyone that gambles is now a member. Perks are all based on your level of play on slots and tables. Some perks are unlimited drinks in the casino, 5% fee waived for cash taken out at tables or at the Cashier in the casino, invites to CR special events, ex: golfing, BBQ beach bash, poker/slot tournaments, complimentary dinner at specialty restaurants, comp spa treatments, invites for free cruises, discounts on cruise fares, etc. Perks are all determined by time and money spent in the casino. Many CR questions are also asked in the thread below. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2225432&page=
