Info about Carnival's Roatan development plz?

I recently heard that Carnival is planning to build a new cruise terminal and private beach on Roatan and I am pretty sad about this news. I went to Roatan on a Fred Olsen cruise a couple years ago and it was quiet and beautiful; we were practically the only ones snorkeling in a certain area for instance. Will all this disappear once Carnival's development is completed? I hope not; it is such a beautiful island.

It is built, it is done. Look at all the Mahogany Bay posts, thats it. If you just read about this tnen you may want to rethink your news sources
