Latitudes Question

I understand that Latitudes members can book cruises for new itineraries before the general public. My question is though is how do you look up the rates and itineraries on their website? Or can this only be done over the phone? I wanted to look at the San Juan itineraries, but couldn't figure out how to look it up on the website. Thanks in advance for any input :)

Early Latitudes bookings require a call-in to Sales or thru a TA.
