how long to get through customs on arrival

three years ago when we arrived in barbados it took over an hour to clear customs/passport control. at that time there were many posts complaining about this problem. i don't see this being mentioned on this board recently. has the problem been fixed? how much time should we expect to be in line. we are flying jet blue and arriving 1:30 pm.

Two years ago it took us maybe 10-15 min. Of course the time of the year influences wait times.
