Amber Cove / Puerto Plata when raining

It's not too late in the season because, as I stated, there is a Tropical Storm forming this weekend which is when we sail. So that is why I am curious what to do if we end up there. It could be a very soggy cruise because there is a big system forming - not good timing.

if you are talking about the possible disturbance mentioned on the National Hurricane Center today, that is more than 600 miles from Puerto Plata ..... or about the same distance as PP to MIAMI

 

MAYBE some concern in JA or Cayman .... but with PP, not only the distance plays in, but PP has the entire island between there and the possible storm ...
