Question re Star Legend tender versus docking Classic Dalmatia

Hello all: Taking our first cruise in mid October on Star Legend. Cruise begins in Venice and goes to Rovinj, Split, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Giadini-Naxos, Capri, and then Civittavechia. I have a few questions:

1. Does anyone know if Windstar tenders or docks at these ports?

2. Should we book shore excursions through Windstar, tour on our own, or book through a third party?

3. How much time will it take to take tenders?

4. Any other tips re this particular itinerary or Windstar in general would be most welcome.

Many thanks!

Tender ports for sure: Split, Dubrovnik. Kotor is a toss-up, depends on other ships in Port. Venice and Civvitavechia are of course docked. I can't remember Giadini-Naxos, but pretty sure we docked.

I just answered another post within the past two days from Sparkly(?) with answers to shore excursions for most of these ports.

We never waited more than 10-15 minutes for a tender, and usually only because we arrived a minute to late.
