Viking Delling in the summer

I am also on that boat on that trip in July.

I don't have menus from that trip, my understanding is that menus are designed centrally with the chef having some leeway to make alterations based on produce bought locally.

I was on a Viking Bordeaux cruise in March and although I'm a fussy eater there was only a couple of occassions I ordered the 'always available' steak & fries choice.

Menu has three choices starters, main and dessert lunch and dinner.

For breakfast and lunch and most dinners there's a choice of a buffet in the lounge or waiter served meal in dining room, which also has buffet selections.

Station cooking eggs to order at breakfast, and pasta at lunchtimes..

Lots of choice and cookies and cakes available all day at coffee station.
