To DO:

Getting into Hobby airport and plan to go to Galveston on Sunday. Has any tried Cool Tours? What is there to do since we will be there all afternoon with an 8yr old? Any great seafood places?

On the way between Hobby airport and Galveston you could stop at Space Center Houston... could easily occupy an afternoon there if the 8 yo is into space stuff.

Otherwise, you could check out either Moody Gardens or Schlitterbahn (water park) in Galveston.

Sorry but haven't heard of cool tours before, since I've never needed a tour company here (lived in Houston for 20+ years)...
