If anyone is interested, Carnival is practically giving away, via military rates, the three repositioning cruises aboard the Splendor sailing from Long Beach on February 3 for Manhattan where she is expected to arrive on March 23. These drastic price reductions for the military (you do not need to be on active duty to qualify) were announced on Saturday the 18th; November is Military Appreciation Month at Carnival.....
