Carts for Handicapped?

Are there any carts of any type for passengers with mobility issues from the ship down the pier at Grand Turk and back?

I've never seen any. Wheelchairs and scooters owned by passengers. Not that long of a walk, so might not be economical for the port to operate.

You should contact the special needs department of your cruise line and see what type of equipment they have on board ships.
