Confused about tubing: Rio Bueno, White River, or Martha Brae

Our family wants to explore a tubing adventure when we port in Jamaica. After reading many reviews we are very confused. Can anyone clarify the difference between the excursions at Rio Bueno, White River, and Martha Brae? Recommendations are welcome.

We port in Falmouth

White river is very calm. More like a lazy river. Very slow. More relaxing. My speed because I'm a sissy.

White river is further away distance wise from Falmouth, Rio Bueno is much closer. Have not been on Martha Brae but thought it was just for bamboo raft rides. Like PP said, White is very slow, kinda boring. We went down Rio last month- way better. Loved it! Had some rapids but nothing too scary. I would definitely do Rio again.
