Grand Princess, Alaska - Asking for a friend...

A very dear friend is about to embark on an Alaska cruise from SF on the Grand Princess. He's a big ol' bear traveling with his boyfriend (inevitable ZZ Top comments are often made).

 

Does Princess - specifically the Grand Princess on the Alaska Glacier Bay itinerary from SF - do Friends of Dorothy or similar gatherings? And if so, where are they commonly held, and how are they announced?

 

...and if anyone here is leaving on Monday, 8/29 on the Grand Princess, send me an email, and I'll forward it on.
