Can I file obc twice?

I applied for an obc last Wednesday because our rates went down $30 each. I still have not heard anything yet. Now the rates have gone down another $20 each. Can I apply for this one even though I have not heard from the first one yet?

You are applying for the new rate, not the OBC, so of course.

Just submit the form showing the new rate and the OBC will eventually catch up.

Definitely submit it! I also had a drop last week-I think Wednesday as well-and my response came within about 30 minutes or so. I was pleasantly suprised that they were so quick, and I have to wonder if they didn't "misplace" yours if it has taken this long to get a response.

Yeah I would totally resubmit a new form. Especially since you have not heard anything. Last week I got a response within an hour. Some people on here have mentioned not getting a response and then resubmitting form only to get response quickly.
