Private one day tour Hong Kong for two ?

We did it! We managed to change our awards flights so we have one full day in Hong Kong. :)

(This means "the day between two nights", not racing like crazy between early and late flights.)

We might also want to add something the evening before or morning after this full day.

We are watching for other award availability to try to have 2 or 3 full days. But at least we got one.

Is there any way to get a private tour that might minimize walking?

(Yeah, that's probably a real laugh, but perhaps there is something that could make it easier...)

I have some difficulty walking distances, and need to stop to rest on occasion.

For this one day, we don't mind paying for a driver, or taxis as needed (the two of us plus the guide).

Any suggestions, including recommendations for a particular guide (based upon personal experience)?
