Shuttle time?

Hi! We are cruising Liberty (RCI) and get back to Galveston at 6:30am. Our flight out of IAH is at 2:15pm. What is a realistic time that we will be off the ship to catch transportation to IAH? I am planning on 1.5-2 hours travel time to IAH so thinking about booking pick-up around 10am. Is that reasonable?

I am jumping on board here too. We are on Liberty with a return date of 9/3/17. Our flight is at 12:50 PM. Wondering what time we can realistically expect to be off the ship. We will probably self debark with our luggage. Thanks.
