Do any of the shops at Dockyard sell wine/beer?

I was looking for the same info ! According to the map above, it's past the Clocktower mall, all the way to the left. We are doing a motorboat rental and wanted some champagne for our picnic on the beach. :)

In Bermuda its duty free just buy it on the ship you will pay more in Bermuda that in the U.S

 

Incorrect. You can't buy alcohol on the ship and bring it with you off the ship.

 

Also, the alcohol that you buy duty free on land in Bermuda is delivered to the ship and you receive it on the last night or the morning of debarkation. So that won't work if you wish to bring it on an excursion during your stay.

 

Bermuda is not duty free. In fact, it's quite high.

isn't cheaper sorry my bad. And all you have to do is slip the bartender cash and he will give you a bottle to take ashore very easy to do.Do it all the time in Bermuda.

 

Hmmm... So you have to pay for the bottle then tip the bartender and hopefully be able to take it ashore. Sounds expensive - Just buy it at the mini mart, no ?
