Just came back from an Ensenada cruise and I answered my own question. FYI for those looking for a Catholic church in Ensenada.

There is a church .... Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe ....6th Ave Floresta. Colonia Obrera, Ensenada Baja California 22830 ..... just a walking distance from the port about a mile walk ... you can even see the bell tower from the cruise ship or you can ask the people in the port and they will tell you where to go. You can also get a taxi if you want but I don't know how much they charge cause we just had a good walk early morning then we walk back to downtown Ensenada. After going around the city we took the shuttle back to the port for $2.
