Need a taxi/tour driver

I'm looking for a taxi driver to prearrange transportation to to the dialysis center in San Juan in Dec. We have two in our group that are on dialysis. After fropping the two off for treatment the rest of the group will want a quick tour of San Juan and shopping until time to pick up the two from their treatment. Please don't say to use Dialysis at Seas, not an option at this time. Thank you.
