R V Parking at Bayport Cruise Terminal

Planning to cruise on NCL Jewel out of Houston Bayport Cruise Terminal in Dec 2014. Does anyone have information on parking an RV at the terminal? The cruise port website states that they take reservations and charge extra for RVs, but they don't open until September. Anyone used their services?
