We haven't booked yet so wondered if anyone had any suggestions for a quiet location for a balcony. My husband has trouble sleeping so we need to try to find something quiet. I read that the Empress might be a good choice because it is between 2 passenger decks. Also is port better on the western cruise? Thanks
