Berts bar from Bridgetown?.

Cruising in December 2014 and we have a stop in Barbados. I'm a Ottawa Sens fan so need a trip to Berts Bar.

What's a reasonable amount for a cab there? I'm assuming from Google it's about 20 miles....could be wrong though.

And will there be cabs near there to get me back to the ship....don't want to be late for that.

Bert's is down in Rockley. Maybe 3 miles from Deep Water Harbour (the docks).

Perhaps a $US12-15.00 taxi ride for up to four (4) in the cab. No worries about getting a return cab, they're everywhere.

Its no where near 20 miles:eek:. The island is just slightly bigger than that.:p

Like barbados said...it is about 3-5 miles and there is actually a taxi stand just down the street.

DW and I are on Quantum of the Seas cruise December 1st with a stop in Barbados. Being from Ottawa as well we are taking a cab to Berts. If your cruise is later in December I could report back with exact costs...
