Tipping for Skagway Excursion

We have the Yukon Rail & Bus Excursion With 15 Minute Dogcart Ride and Puppy Camp Visit (lunch included) excursion booked in Skagway with Chilkoot Charters. We aren't sure who we tip for this one. Is there someone in the traincar with us that will tell us what we're seeing? We were planning on tipping the van driver for the trip up and the dogcart driver, but wasn't sure about the train or person at the puppy camp. We've never had an excursion that is broken up in different parts like this before. We normally tip 20% for excursions so I'm thinking if we break it up between the van, train, dogcart and puppy camp, $10 per person would be the same as the 20% of the total. Does this sound right?

No one really to tip on the train. We tipped our great bus driver. Dh tipped her so I don't know how much. Knowing my dh, he probability gave her $5-10
