Congratulations!

After the Costa Concordia disaster in January the whole cruise industry and ship captains in particular got a black eye. It was your handling of the engine room fire on the Quest, and the professionalism of the captain and crew of that ship that persuaded me to book my future cruises with Azamara. The media was out to criticize Azamara but could find nobody to back up their criticism. You should write the book on how to handle a potential PR disaster. Congratulations for a job well done!
