Flying into FLL but needing to be in Miami

Okay, I have only been on 1 other cruise where I landed in Miami and Cruised out of Miami. Not a hard thing. Well I noticed if I fly into FLL it's cheaper and has a flight that lands at 11:00 that morning which is better than 1 pm or 2 pm (the flights to MIA are). What's the best way for 4 people to get from FLL to the pier in Miami?? As much help as I can get is GREAT!!!!! Thanks in advance. If you need more information, just let me know.
