jaee901 Posted March 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2017 For one of my days in Bermuda (taking a cruise) I am thinking of the following. Ferry to St George Bus to Crystal Caves Bus to Tom Moore's Jungle (lunch there) Bus to Tobacco Bay Bus back to St George - walk around (maybe a carriage ride) Ferry back to dock. Is this doable???? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!:)
SailBadtheSinner Posted March 9, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2017 The ferry ride to/from St George is 45 minutes each way. Here is the 2016 ferry schedule for St George: The bus ride from SG to/from the caves is about 20 minutes in each direction. I'm not sure why you want to eat at Tom Moore's Jungle or do you mean eat at Tom Moore's Restaurant? Instead, I would suggest lunch at the Swizzle Inn. The public bus does not go to Tobacco Bay. You can walk, take a taxi or shuttle bus if running. When you are at TB, what are your plans? It may be doable, but you have to figure in waiting time at the caves, time for the cave tour, and waiting time for lunch. I would scrap the carriage ride in SG.
