fisherman island to city

HI, I have just discovered my ship the rhapsody will be docked at fisherman island so I am an "unhappy jan" person at the moment.

I did a search and all posts regarding this port are many years old.

Can any locals of Brisbane give me info on getting to the city. the ports website says only taxi or ships shuttle, I am just hoping that things are better and they have become cruise ship friendly. At least we dock on a sunday so perhaps the traffic ie taxi fare might night be quite as bad as during a weekday.
