Guide's Choice Adventure Hike in Juneau??

Could anyone tell me how strenuous this is or can be? I know there is a choice of three different trails that the guide can pick, but would appreciate it if anyone who has done this could comment on it.

Also, are there any particularly steep areas with a sheer drop off, i.e., where someone with a fear of heights might not be comfortable?

Any and all thoughts/comments/tips apprecated.

That helps a lot jmz. I will be on the cruise solo and would really like to hike, so being able to do so with the group does appeal to me. I think I'll stick to this one.
