Bus to Jolly Beach

Plan on taking the #22 bus to the beach. Heard that Jolly Beach is nice. Is it walkable from where the bus drops you off. Any info on this beach or a better option would be helpful.

Yes it is walkable.

There are a couple of bars on the beach and also Jolly Beach hotel and several other blocks of accommodation. Having said that the beach is quiet long so you will be able to find a quiet patch if that's what you want.

We walked through Jolly Harbour Marina area to get to the beach which is quite nice too - again bars and coffee shops here.
