When to do what?

We dock at 8 a.m., out at 4 p.m. Want a couple hours at a beach (still deciding which one, but want to snorkel; leaning toward Cas Abou, but concerned it might be too far and too crowded...?), and have time to wander Willemsted, which I missed last time. I did see the floating marketing last time, so that's not a big priority, but I would like to see the synagogue.

I'm leaning toward the beach first so it's not quite as hot, and possibly not as busy at that hour (??), leave by noon, then hit town after. Or does it make more sense to do it the other way around? Any thoughts about this plan?

Open to ideas.
