Lava?

Is POA sailing by the lava flow into the ocean?

Yes...after leaving Hilo on Tuesday evening.

I was just coming in to check if anyone had recently been on the POA

Kilauea has been very active lately and flowing into the ocean again.

Hopefully we can get an update from someone.

It was always a favorite part of our Hawaii cruise:cool:

Does anyone know if Princess sails by the lava? We'll be on the Star Princess there in December (hopefully it will still be flowing at that point), and would love to see the lava flow.

Yes, Princess will sail by the lava if there is anything to see. Actually, all cruise lines that come to Hilo tend to sail by if the lava is flowing and putting on a show.
