Sea Aquarium Animal Adventure Questions

My wife and I will be on the Freedom (RCL) next spring. We will be in port all day - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. I am thinking about doing the Sea Aquarium on our own, I would appreciate any suggestions/comments on the following:

1. What is the best way to get to the aquarium? Cost for a taxi?

2. Has anyone done the animal adventure where you feed sharks and turtles? Was it worth it?

3. Can you walk from the aquarium to Mambo Beach. Any bar/restaurant suggestions?
