I saw this as well, it seems to be a water sports place that operates it with the banana boat rides and fishing as well, , I am sure going to ask about it and take our snorkling equipment with us, I may try from the beach first, i hope someone that has done it can respond, I may write to Steve and ask him

I was there about 3 years ago. My son and I rented a small sailboat from a vendor down the beach. We asked the people at Steve's if there was snorkeling available, and they arranged a trip in 30 minutes. It was a man in a rather small boat. He asked us both to wear life jackets and he personally guided us. I can't recall his name, but it was a great snorkeling experience. He would point out things, pick them up and show them to us out of the water. He was very knowledgeable and proud of the area. We were out about an hour, and he asked for $20 each. I doubled it and still felt a little guilty.
