Is it possible to visit while on a cruise?

I don't know how long your day in Curacao is but we had plenty of time.

Dock at 8... There until 6. I just want to do some cliff diving and not be stressed about time... Because of traffic and what not

You will have more than enough time. It is probably about a 30 minute drive from the cruise port. When we were there in July there was no traffic at all and once you got past the city we were pretty much the only ones on the road driving to westpunt. Enjoy your trip
