Renting a car in Ocho Rios??

I've been on a lot of roads in JA including a couple of cross island jaunts 'tween Kingston and Port Antonio

 

and when I go, I hire a car with a driver . . .

 

I'm a car guy but between road conditions and "local customs" I leave the driving to someone else!
