Questions about Port Pasajes for San Sebastian

Has anyone docked at Port Pasajes for a port stop in San Sebastian? We are on Sea Dream Yacht Club and have a stop there on September 5, 2014. We were originally told we would anchor in the harbor and tender into the yacht harbor near the old town region of San Sebastian. I have a private Pintxos Walkabout booked in San Sebastian. I am now being told that we may have to dock at Port Pasajes, which is a 15 minute drive from the old town area. All the information I can find on this port is that it is a commercial and fishing port. If anyone has docked here, is there any type of transportation available such as a shuttle or even taxis? Any info would be helpful!
