Has anyone used Macua Tours recently?

I did a search for this topic and did see some information but it is a bit dated and hoped for something more updated. We are arriving in Nicaragua on the Island Princess on Nov 5th at 7am and than must tender in and are only in port until 5pm. While I really prefer not to take a ship's tour I am concerned about the timing of this tour and wondered if anyone who has done it could tell me what their experience has been working with this company? Could you share a bit about the excursion and how the timing worked out? What is the earliest that we could get off the ship here to meet these folks to begin the excursion?
