ART Cruises (planning for a group-tips)?

Besides anyone ever doing a big group or art theme type of cruise, I am very curious about the items one can/and can NOT bring on board?

Are there any restricxtio0ns to what one can bring onto a ship if their theme has some tools or artistic instrumentation that may appear to be needed to complete some tasks? Does supplies or giveaways have to be itemized or sent to the ship in advance?

Also, please inform on what type of ART cruise you did and what were some of the logistics/essentials to know.

Thank you for your feedback/information.

:)
