How Much to Tip for Zip n Dip?

Leaving on Saturday for a W. Caribbean itinerary. We're booked for the Zip n Dip with Victor Bodden in Roatan - how much have you tipped on this in the past? I am guessing since there are a few components, maybe different people to tip?

We're trying to make sure we have enough cash with us....any advice or experience is appreciated!
