Transportation from port in Ocho Rios to Montego Bay Airport

So in January we will be on a cruise with Ocho Rios being one of our ports. Due to an unfortunate work situation my sister and her husband have to leave our cruise at this point and have a flight home from Montego Bay. I am looking into finding out what is the best way for them to get from the port in Ocho Rios to the airport in Montego Bay. I have done some research but am not having much luck.

Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.
