taxi to port from Hotel in Galveston

Does anyone know about how much they will charge for a Taxi from the Best Western hotel in Galveston to the port? We will be staying there pre cruise and they offer free parking while your on the cruise.

I think it's usually about $10 - $12 for a cab ride from the Seawall to the Port. The island is small so it should be around that price...unless gas keeps going up, up, and up! :eek:
