Cable Beach - Public Beach Amenities?

Is there a place on Cable Beach with public beach access that offers amenities? ... Chair & Umbrella Rentals, Food/Drink?

We have been to cable 2x now. We've rented jet skis but that's it. The last time we were there someone told us one of the small hotels served food to nonguests but we never confirmed. Hopefully someone can let us know on this post. Btw we love cable beach.
