Hi there. Traveling with dw, 3 boys (5,8,10) and mil. We have stops in Cozumel and Falmouth and trying to decide which port has better dolphin excursion. Which ones have you tried and would recommend? TIA

Haven't done dolphin encounter in Jamaica, but the Cozumel dolphin operation at Chankanaab park is pretty decent. You can do this either through the cruise line or just take a taxi to the part. On RCI, we found that you had to meet at certain times with the guide, athough he did handle the taxis. Lots of time waiting around. Cost is probably cheaper on your own (around $60-130 for different levels of encounter, includes park entry). Not sure they would let a 5 year old swim with the dolphins (body board push and fin pull) - check Dolphin Discovery web site. You do need to be able to swim even though you wear vests. Photos are fairly expensive (maybe $120). Nice folks.

Chankanaab has lots of stuff to do - snorkeling (they rent equipment if you need it), food, sea lion show, small beach area, swimming pool. Other beach resorts are better if you just want a beach.
