Caveman shark Ray alley/cruiser

Hi! From searching this forum it seems like caveman is the way to go for shark Ray alley. For those that have done this excursion w him- how did you correspond with him- Facebook page?

Also I know we have to tender in here- if the ship arrives in port at 8- what time should I plan to get the water taxi to cay caulker and what time do I then meet caveman to start our tour?

Finally if ship leaves port at 5- what time should I take water taxi from caye caulker to Belize city
