Progreso's Cinco Sol's liquor store (first building in port) is out of business!

Very important to note that as of today, Progreso's Cinco Sol's liquor store is out of business. Definitely get your liquor in Cozumel or get to the ship's store early. I heard the person working the ship's liquor store say that a few things were already sold out since people realized there wasn't gonna be any booze to take home from Progreso.

There are 0 liquor stores within walking distance in Progresso. If you want to buy any, buy from the ship or use the shuttle that takes you to the downtown area.

Thanks for the tip. What else is at the pier in Progreso? A bar/restaurant and a souvenir store I would guess? Thanks!

when we were in Progreso in July 2016, the Le Best in the pier still had a good selection of liquor. That's who we usualkly buy tequila from.
